My day job is Marketing Coordinator at United Methodist Communications, a General Agency of the United Methodist Church.
I was sent to my home state of Mississippi to work a booth for my agency at the Mississippi UMC's Annual Conference.
I had my camera with me just in case I had some off time to visit friends and family. While I was at the conference I had the pleasure of seeing the Hope for Africa Children's Choir perform.
This choir consists of orphans from Uganda, Sudan, Kenya, Rwanda and Burundi. The orphanage is one of many projects in Africa funded by the United Methodist church.
